ACTREC (Tata Memorial Centre) preclinical imaging and drug discovery workshop
Dr Raj Panta, a clinical application scientist with MARS Bioimaging, recently spoke on preclinical imaging using the MARS system at The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), part of the renowned Tata Memorial Centre in India.
Dr Panta was invited by Dr Pradip Chaudhari, Head of the Comparative Oncology Program and Small Animal Imaging Facility, to address the attendees of the ACTREC “In vivo preclinical imaging and drug discovery” workshop. Dr Panta presented the ways in which MARS scanning will change the types of information that can be obtained during small animal studies, and how MARS imaging can be used for a wide variety of preclinical applications.
Our appreciation to Dr Chaudhari for inviting MARS Bioimaging to attend this significant workshop. We are pleased to continue to working with the outstanding scientists at ACTREC.
